Interested in building a custom log home?
Big Horn Mountain Log Homes is a family-owned and operated business. Michael and Lillian Markovsky began serving your log home needs in 1986. Now their sons, Michael, Jon, and Bret, and their families are here to serve you. Our family goal at Big Horn Mountain Log Homes is to help you with your dream of living in a log home.
Michael Sr. created many different types of homes and buildings from the 1960s onward. He has passed on his design and construction ideas, features and techniques to his sons. Each has designed homes ranging from small studio style through multi-floor, multi-wing country homes.
During the 1980s and early 1990s, many of the homes produced by Big Horn Mountain Log Homes were smaller second homes and mountain retreat cabins. From about 1997 onward more of the homes have been primary residences. Big Horn Mountain Log Homes has also produced skidable cabins, duplexes, hotels, motels, commercial restaurants and other specialized structures in log. If you have a special need, just ask.
